The primary goal of CSOC's IT Department is to provide support and services to all Colorado Sheriffs Departments. To this end CSOC, in association with Advanced Solutions Group, created the VOICE (Victim Offender Information Computer Enhancement) and CJAILS (Colorado Jail Arrest Information Logging System) systems. These are the two main systems that CSOC's IT Department are charged with supporting.
Below are the login links to the VOICE and CJAILS systems. The VOICE system allows Victim Advocates to login so that they can administer their cases and victims to login so that they can view the status of their case.
The CJAILS system is for law enforcement access only and is used as a real time search of all offenders currently in Colorado jails.
Also provided to all Sheriffs Departments is access to the CSOC County Portal Website. This website allows registered law enforcement to view upcoming events as well as discuss and collaborate with other Colorado law enforcement officers.
