Civil Process Roundtable

This class begins with a round table discussion to allow participants to share issues they have encountered and discuss solutions with the facilitators. Please bring examples of difficult situations you have experienced for the benefit of all, e.g. Review of Rule 4, Evictions, Civil Stand-bys, to name a few. In the afternoon, we will go over HB1057 (which takes effect on August 11, 2010), work on calculating fees for civil process and look at creating a uniform Civil Process Information Form. And, as always, review of Foreclosures!

This is not a introduction to Civil Process but is suitable for personnel newly assigned to that position.
