Training Unit Management: Where to Start

Managing a training unit can be an overwhelming task, for experienced as well as new managers. It often seems that just as we really begin to know what we are doing, and the people involved, it's time to rotate out. We want to help you shorten the learning curve. In this workshop, we will discuss the means, ideas and resources to plan a training program that will meet the liability and professional development needs of a large or small agency.

Class limited to 15

The class is funded through a grant to CLEAT (a partnership of CSOC and CACP) from Colorado POST. Although it is free to individual students, CLEAT has committed a substantial amount of the grant to bring the class to your area. If you cannot attend, please use the disenroll link on your confirmation email to withdraw at least 3 business days before the first day of class. Failure to show for the class will result in a $200.00 charge payable to Colorado POST.
